Download package; VMware: The ovf.zip download file contains multiple ovf files. The fortiadc-vm-64-hw4.ovf file is a VMware virtual hardware version 4 image that supports ESXi 3.5. The fortiadc-vm-64-hw7.ovf file is a VMware virtual hardware version 7 image that supports ESXi 4.0 and above. Jul 24, 2017 Select Browse and locate the OVF file on your computer. Select Next to continue. The OVF Template Details page opens. Verify the OVF template details. This page details the product name, download size, size on disk, and description. Select Next to continue. End User License Agreement page opens. Read the end user license agreement for FortiGate VM. Download the 64-bit firmware image to upgrade your existing FortiAnalyzer VM installation.ovf.zip. Download the 64-bit package for a new FortiAnalyzer VM installation. This package contains an Open Virtualization Format (OVF) file for VMware and two Virtual Machine Disk Format (VMDK) files used by the OVF file during deployment.
FortiGate-VM deployment packages are found on the Customer Service & Support site. In the Download drop-down menu, select VM Images to access the available VM deployment packages.
There are two files available for download: the file required to upgrade from an earlier version and the file required for a new deployment.

Firmware image FTP directories are organized by firmware version, major release, and patch release. The firmware images in the directories follow a specific naming convention and each firmware image is specific to the device model. For example, the FMG_VM64_HV-v5-buildxxxx-FORTINET.out.hyperv.zip
image, found in the 5.4.0 directory, is specific to the 64bit Microsoft Hyper-V Server virtualization environment.
You can download the FortiManager Release Notes and MIB file from this directory. The Fortinet Core MIB file is located in the main FortiManager 5.00 directory. |
