Click the right corner of your Apple mouse, or click with two fingers on your Apple trackpad. You can change this in Mouse preferences and Trackpad preferences.
On your Mac, select the Apple logo on the top left of the menu bar. Select “System Preferences” from the drop down menu. Select “Displays”. Select the “Night Shift” panel. Under “Color Temperature” drag the slider all the way to the right. This will make your display rather yellow, so keep that in mind.
